What to Expect in a BoldBeats Class
The Class:
BoldBeats Fitness aims to deliver a bold dance fitness workout that is fun & effective. Each BoldBeats Fitness class is uniquely curated to mix the dynamic duo of music and movement. Each move is aimed to sculpt your body, while you have fun. We borrow moves from various genres (hip hop, latin, dance, cardio kick boxing, yoga, boot camp, and so forth) to work each muscle of your body. Each class varies between 45 to 60 minutes long, with a warm up and cool down portion included.
The Community:
Everyone is welcome. All fitness levels are celebrated. The following for the classes are word of mouth! The instructor will get to know you personally, and help you reach your fitness goals. Come as strangers; leave as friends.
The Beats:
Each class will mix and match music and dance moves from all over the world. You will enjoy the lively music and beats of so many rhythms including: Soca, Dancehall, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Calypso, Afrobeats, Pop, Techno, Reggae, Reggaeton, Hip-Hop, Indian, Samba, Brazilian Funk and so much more. Don’t worry, we will teach you it all!
The Boldness:
BoldBeats Fitness is about celebrating who you are in this very moment. We aim to leave you feeling refreshed mentally and feeling fierce from the inside out. You will leave feeling bold and fabulous. Fitness is all about taking risk and seeing them pay off. No judgement zone here! Work hard and leave it all on the dance floor!
What to Bring:
Water, sneakers (preferably with a flatter bottom), towel, and YOU!
The Locations:
BoldBeats Fitness rents spaces from local gyms and event space varies.
