Other Information

Refunds: Refunds are only available 12 hours prior to the start of class or event (see ‘Cancellations’).  If you are requesting a refund prior to 12 hours of the class start time, the refund must be in writing to boldbeatsfitness@gmail.com.

 

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least 12 hours prior to the start of class (via email or through Eventbrite).  

 

If the cancellation occurs less than 12 hours prior to the start of class, you will not receive a refund and/or one class will be deducted from the class pack.

 

There is no transferring of classes to other people.

 

Registration: Registration is required for all classes.  Registration is open until class start time.  Drop-ins are welcome for first time attendance.

 

Waitlist: If there is a waitlist, priority is given to the first three people signed up on the waitlist.  An email will go to the first three people on the waitlist and whoever responds first receives the open spot(s).

 

If you no longer want to be on the waitlist, please remove your name.  The assumption is that if you are on the waitlist, you are prepared to attend class once notified.

 

Low class Count: If there are not enough people to hold class, BoldBeats Fitness will send you an email indicating this and whether class will be canceled or not.

 

Bad Weather: If there is bad weather or an advisory, BoldBeats Fitness will send you an email indicating this and whether class will be canceled or not.

 

Purchasing Classes: Classes can be purchased online at boldbeatsfitness.com/pricing or via cash in class.

Expiration Date: Classes are valid one year from the purchase date.

 

Referring Friends: We love referrals (and your friends)! If you refer two friends who attend a class, you will receive a free class.
