What? Sara’s Booty Boot Camp: A 40 minute calorie burning boot camp that will incorporate challenging yet fun moves!

​

Why Are Boot Camps Effective?

Boot camps combine the roots of the military workout with new cutting edge exercises that are exciting and challenging.  A boot camp is an intensive program that is run over a targeted period of time in order to see results.​

​

We Welcome All People!

  • Sara will provide lower impact (or higher impact) modifications as necessary

  • This boot camp is accessible to beginners but can be dialed up for any fitness level.

  • You don’t have to have ever joined a class before, come on by!

​

What to Bring:

  • Sneakers, workout clothing (light that you can work outside in), towel or two and water!

 

Each Class Will Have:

  • A dynamic warm up portion

  • A series time-based interval circuits (this means several “stations” that will be marked in advance with what to do and for how long)

  • A static stretch portion (cool down and stretch)

  • Modifications of moves as needed (progressions and regressions)
