About BoldBeats Fitness
Created in 2016, BoldBeats Fitness aims to inspire healthier, bolder communities through movement and fitness. Each BoldBeats Fitness class is uniquely curated to mix the dynamic duo of music and movement. We like to say "you are bold, your workout should be too!"
Each move is aimed to sculpt your body, while you have fun. We borrow moves from various genres and styles (hip hop, latin, dance, yoga, boot camp, cardio kickboxing, high intensity interval training, etc) to work each muscle of your body. Each class varies between 45 to 60 minutes long, with a warm up and cool down portion included.

Sara Theresa has been teaching fitness for over 8 years. The “north star” that guides her every day is her overwhelming yearning to bring people together and to ensure people reach their ‘best self’ in life. She loves her curves, and isn’t afraid to shake it!
Her positive outlook & “woo-ing” during class will get you smiling. She’s been perfecting her moves since her early days as a cheerleader growing up. She pushes you to your boundaries to help you burn those calories and feeling like a queen or king. Her Puerto Rican and Iranian flavor (yes, that’s right!) will get you inspired and feeling bold. Fun fact: the first dance fitness class she ever taught was at the NASA building in Washington, D.C.!
Note from Sara: I have touched over 5,000 lives in the 9 year span of being a fitness coach and social entrepreneur. I taught over 180 classes this year (outside of my “9 to 5”), roughly engaging over 100 community members per week. I would be privileged to work with you!
